The innovative design offers caregivers technical and practical solutions to make their work easier, while maximising safety. Its head and foot boards can be personalized with the Meltis™ range of colours to add warmth to the patient’s environment and contribute to his well-being.

The AvantGuard® 800 LTC bed enables you to harmonise the head and foot boards, with your Meltis™ environment adding warmth to the patient’s room.

	Wooden side rails Optional Wooden side rails (optional) are available for greater harmony with the patient’s room.
	Linen holder Hygienic and practical linen holder facilitates the caregiver’s everyday tasks.
	100 mm castors Easier moving and maintenance for caregivers thanks to its 100 mm castors.

Main Functionalities

Hill-Rom offers you the essential functions for patient safety and comfort, enhancing working conditions from the caregiver’s perspective.

The synchronized movements of the sliding backrest and the automatic knee break provide a comfortable position to the patient, and prevent from sliding to the middle of the bed.

Associating electrical height and egress handle, the caregiver can help the patient exiting and entering the bed, easily without any strong effort on his back.

Attached to a flexible arm, the control panel is always within reach of the patient and caregiver. This gives the patient the freedom to adjust the position of the bed independently, whilst also facilitating essential nursing tasks.
